Hello folks! I'm new here and I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this, so apologies in advance if it isn't!

I was just wondering if this is a good gaming build for a under 700 (or a bit more) budget!

PS: I was told that a cpu cooler wasn't needed since I'm not overclocking this desktop.

Looks good. However, You will always need a CPU cooler. It does not matter if your overclocking or not. The CPU you picked comes with a stock CPU cooler in the box. Good luck building!
