First time building PC, just want to double check if it'll work!

As the title says this is my first time building a PC. This will be used for After Effects and video editing plus some gaming on the side

I've done some research and I think everything will be ok when I build it. Is there anything that looks like it would be an issue, or could be replaced with a cheaper alternative?
