best version of r9 270x

I am going to buy the r9 270x, or 270 (which one do you guys recommend) I also would like the know which brand makes the best one msi sapphire etc.

The 270X has higher clock speeds than the 270. I have the Sapphire Dual-X R9 270X with 2GB GDDR5. I recommend that card as I've had good performance out of it and no problems. MSI also makes good cards, so you might want to take a look at those.

Shapire cards have SICK thermal performance, they ussualy run cooler than other cards, as for performance, it doesn't change a lot between brands.

Edit:
If you dont plan to overclock go for the 270, it uses less power and only one power connector, the performance difference dont justifies the price difference. For overclocking go for the 270x.
