I am wanting to upgrade my gaming computer but I am on a budget. My options are buying an AMD FX 8320 and a Sapphire Dual-X R9 270 or just buying a Sapphire Dual-X R9 280. Can anyone give me suggestions on which I should choose?

My cart consists of more than just these items and either way I go the price does not vary by much so price is not much of an issue for either scenario.

First PSU, to ensure you do not fry your new card:) Then GPU , CPU etc. etc..

I do not know about Sentey PSU's. but I do not find it here, and this is is enough to keep me a couple light years away from them.

But I have seen a Sentey PSU review in johnnyguru which was good. I do not remember the model, but it got more than 9. So research your PSU, if it is good, keep it and upgrade your GPU. Then you can upgrade your CPU. Phenom is good enough for a 270.
