I decided to revisit this post after I put it up as it seemed very wordy. I will get straight to the nuts and bolts of what I am after with this thread. Below I have listed some potential builds I am thinking about. Being very new to the pc building world in general I am looking for some suggestions/ advice to maximise my first build. I wish to not break the bank I.E. 1K USD ish is my budget ( 1200 max.) What I want out of my system is to be able to run my games on max and not lose fps or get bogged down too much. I am not looking for 100 fps running crysis 3 or bf4. I play world of tanks perdomenatly and I would like to run on max at the best fps possible. Right now I plan on purchasing 1 monitor. I do not plan to sli/crossfire with this build. Overclocking is something im interested in but know very little about right now. Any help here would be much appreciated!

I just updated the thread and made it a bit easier to read. I have never overclocked before. I am not opposed to it but as indicated I am super new to all this so I would have to go into it cautiously.
