Requesting feedback on potential build

I'm looking for some feedback on this build before I order the parts. I will be using this setup for gaming (though, mostly indie titles like Hotline Miami and Super Meat Boy) and ZBrush, 3DS Max, Cinema4D, UDK (Unreal 4 Engine), Unity, Visual Studio, Substance Painter and most of the Adobe programs. This is what it looks like:

i7 4790k - €305
Asus Maximus VII Hero - €190
Nvidia GTX 770 - €290~300
Corsair Vengeance Low Profile 16Gb Dual Channel DDR3 Memory Kit - €150
Samsung 250Gb SSD - €115
WD 1000Gb HDD - €60
Corsair 750W 80 Plus Gold - €120
Noctua NH-D15 - €90
Cheap Optical Drive - €20
Corsair Graphite 760T - €170
Windows 8.1 Pro - €60 (teacher discount)

Total: €1570~1580

Anything you would change?
Anything that seems like a waste of money?

Also, a few extra questions:

1) What GTX 770 do you recommend out of these two: the Msi one for €290 or the Asus one for €300. They seem to be the same, except that the Msi one has Twin Frozr IV fans and the Asus one has DirectCU II fans. Also, the Msi one seems to have a higher clock rate, but the difference is very small so I doubt it really matters.

2) Will the Noctua NH-D15 fit on this motherboard within this case? (According to what I looked up, it should, as long as I use low profile RAM, though I might lose one of my PCIe slots. But the internet has been pretty vague about that, so I'd like some confirmation.)

I'd spend half or less on the motherboard.

Would also get only a 650 watt power supply, and a Seasonic made one.

I would get the Cooler Master Hyper Evo heatsink.

I would get a much cheaper case.

All that would save enough to upgrade to a GTX 780, or much nicer peripherals (keyboard, mouse, headset, speakers, monitors). Peripherals are very important.

Thanks for the suggestions!

Though I think I might change the CPU cooler. Apparently it can produce noise up to 36 dbA, which seems a bit annoying when you're working hours on end. I might also look around for another case, because I can't seem to find many reviews about the one you listed.

The Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO is a great budget CPU cooler. It definitely would cool anything fine though.
