Cant find my laptops webcam in devices and printers

I have recently tried to use my laptops webcam that is a part of it and I can't even find it in devices and printers. I have looked to see if there was even a driver for it and I don't see one. Its an MSI GT Series GT60 Dominator-424 Gaming Notebook Intel Core i7 4800MQ (2.70GHz) 8GB Memory 1TB HDD NVIDIA GeForce GTX 870M 3GB 15.6" Windows 8.1 64-Bit. If you have any ideas on this or have heard of this problem with this particular laptop or laptop maker please let me know.

Try downloading an app like skype to see if the built in camera works
