$1000 pre or post tax? Tax is about 12% there? so about $890 if it's $1000 post tax?

I'd get the cheaper MX100 SSD, an i3 and get a 280x

Would that improve fps and would i be able to play crisis 3 on higher settings than current build which can handle very high.?

The EVO SSD is slightly faster than the MX100, but the MX100 is cheaper. Neither of them will affect game performance. Below are two builds to choose from and you can add either SSD you want and be under budget.
OC build
PCPartPicker part list 1 + SSD price

Non-OC Build
PCPartPicker part list 2 +SSD price

And here are those builds but with the SSD funds put towards better GPU's. The OC build will perform the best but it is also over budget by $67

Non-OC no SSD
PCPartPicker part list 3
OC no SSD
PCPartPicker part list 4

All of these builds would out perform the build you listed.
