Will this power supply be strong enough to run this new build?

I have built a few gaming pc for myself and friends before. But never with AMD's 8 core chips. Or their Gfx cards.

This is my set up I will be purchasing in about a week. And this is the power supply being chosen to run it: http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=CA-003-SF

Set up:

Power Supply: http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=CA-003-SF

Motherboard: http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MB-576-AS

CPU: http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=CP-337-AM

GFX Card: http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=GX-327-SP

Cooler: http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=HS-007-BQ

I don't intend to do any over clocking, I may jump the chip to 4 GHZ But as I have read that can be done on it's stock voltage anyway.

Is the power supply going to be sufficient?

Build will be used for heavy gaming.

Yes it will be enough. Super Flower are good psu to choose as well as Seasonic.
I wouldn't really bother with a R9 270X 4GB. 2GB model will be fine for gaming.
At that price point, you can get a R9 280 which will be better than the R9 270X.

Well I have £500 to throw at the build and the 4gb model is only £20 more than the 2gb model. And I'm sure the extra 2gb memory will come in handy in the future. I have no other use for the money I have everything I want for it. :)

If you fine with having it at ultra settings but extra features like ambient occlusion, shadows, reflections toned down for modern games. R9 270X is ok.
a R9 280 can be overclocked to stock R9 280X speed which is more comfortable at full ultra settings.
