NEED HELP: XFX AMD Radeon R9 280X Black Double Dissipation Edition PSU requirment

As per XFX official website XFX AMD Radeon R9 280X Black Double Dissipation Edition PSU requirment is 750w minimum, i have a Cooler Master 700w real power pro modular SMPS from my previous system
some one says its enough one one says its not sufficient, i am confused, please help me out guys

my system config is:
AMD 3.5 GHz AM3+ FX 8320 8 Core Piledriver Processor
ASUS M5A97 Motherboard
Corsair Vengeance DDR3 8 GB (2 x 4 GB) PC RAM
XFX AMD Radeon R9 280X Black Double Dissipation Edition
Seagate 1 TB
Samsung DVD rw
PSU ---- ??????????

Please help me out guys, its really urgent,
will it be sufficient enough while card cpu will be overclocking?

yeah, the TDP is massively overshot on most manufacturers specs, even with an oc it'll be fine
