Swiftech H320 or H220. No question, if you can find them (NCIX has them in the US) and if you have the money.

You might even want to try the H220-X, it's almost like a custom loop, but pre-filled with a little reservoir and actually not in violation of the patent dispute that impacted the sale of the other coolers in the US.
