I believe the H80 and the H100 have the same pump. This fix may be adapted to work on most Corsair pumps. My H80 is out of warranty so I had nothing to lose.
After my computer sat for a month waiting for a new Power Supply, I finally started the computer, it would boot and run for 30 seconds and then shut off.
I searched the internet and forums for two days and got some very strange answers.

After 20 years of repairing computers, one of the facts I have discovered is that when a computer turns on, boots up and then shuts off, 99% of the time something is overheating. No information posted anywhere on how to test or repair the Corsair pump.

Buy a whole new one? I removed the H80 from the computer within seconds of the computer shutting off and the bottom of the pump was hot. Pump is not working.

Try this simple fix that worked for me.
First, make sure that you keep the radiator lower than the pump so you don't spill coolant.
Took the top off of the pump (snaps off), removed 4 screws holding the motor down. Lifted motor out.
The impeller, directly under the motor was stuck. A very slight nudge to get it spinning, a little silicone for lube, put it back together and has been working 100% for two days.

Runs great and temp is lower than before. It's worth a try, cheaper than buying a whole new unit.
