Thanks for your time. If you dont mind, i would like to ask why those parts?

EVO 212 is enough to cool the 4790K? I plan on turbo boosting to 4.4ghz in the future :D
For the MotherBoard, I dont prefer MSI, cause I heard they have ba QC
Is thr any speed difference between Hyper X and Vengeance? Is the difference worth?
Between Seagate and Blue, whats the speed difference? In my area, blue is cheaper than Seagate.

to double check. USD 1400 is for PC only. Dont include any keyboard, mouse and screen. I prefer IPS Screen as they have better colour production.

Yes, turbo boosting will be fine with the cooler and also overclocking will be fine. To me if you are looking for a better one. Then go with Corsair H100i or Noctua NH-D14.

No worries, I'll replace it with an ASUS if you don't mind?

Vengeance is a better series of Corsiar and would go for it instead of the Hyper X as most gaming pc I have seen have not used it. But speed should be similar.

Seagate is commonly said to be better than WD. But if you want WD then go for it. :)
