Need help for a basic part outline for a high end gaming rig.

Hello I am trying to come up with a high end gaming rig capable of everything. I want it to record, render, stream, game etc. while still being expandable. I don't really have a price range but be logical, I am not spending 25k on a gaming pc. I know a few parts I want but really the rest is up to you guys. I want one gtx 780 ti (if I need two so be it), I want 16 gb of ram with room on the motherboard to expand up to 64 gb. Storage is up to you but I'm all for an ssd or two. For the case it's up to you all whatever you suggest but I want it to look good with space for decent airflow (leds maybe?). Water cooling is optional but id prefer air cooling. If you could also include a high res monitor or two that would be nice. Not 4k but something decent. Get creative guys. Thanks in advanced!
