Cooling for AMD 8320 CPU

u see it in the title. i want to buy cooling for an amd 8320 which will be OC'ed max to 4.0 GHz. I won't be doing aany serious OC'ing and i will be frequently rendering in after effects and premiere, and will be encoding often in h.264. i dont game much so please leave any gaming ANYTHING out of your responses. Ive asked this before but some people said i should go with no less than a Corsair h100i, while others hav told me id be fine with a CM hyper 212 evo. I want to buy as cheap as possible, but still buy something quality-made and appropriate for the situation.
