Hello guys. I've spend a long time researching parts for my gaming PC ($750 budget). Can you review the specs to make sure I have done it right? Thanks.

EDIT-More importantly, do I need an aftermarket CPU fan?

The build is decent thou I suspect some will recommend a better PSU and I dont personally care for Team anything. Other people love them thou so... Enjoy your build.

also the stock cpu fan can get loud so if you prefer a quieter system the definitely get an aftermarket cooler.
