Why do you need to defragment your computer

You must NEVER defragment a SSD. Unless you want to throw it into the trash.

why not i do it and it still runs Fast i had my SSD for like 2 or 3 years and it still works

Because you don't need to. Data is written/accesed differently than on the hdd. And it's also not recommended.
