HY guys.
Today is kinda movie night for me
So basiclly i need a movie that's like a GTA SAN ANDREAS(AMRICAN GANGS HAVING WARS AND STUFF.)I want movie to be old from( 2000-2014).
So yeash are there any movies like gta story is???

Scarface. Haven't played GTA san andreas, but it's a good movie. Also it's from 1983, but if you haven't watched it I have a feeling you will like it.

Hmm I figured you might have watched that. Well I honestly don't watch that kind of genre too much, so I can't recommend more.

if you are looking for a gang movie...

"the warriors" is worth a look.

while not GTA or super hardcore gangs vs cops it is definitely a good watch and excellent movie.

I like to hand out Firesign Theater's HOW CAN YOU BE IN TWO PLACES and DON'T CRUSH THAT DWARF, and let people wade thru those for a month or so. These can be a revelatory experience. Then, when they want more, GIANT RAT OF SUMATRA and IN THE NEXT WORLD.
