My PC Spec :

MOBO : MSI 970A-G43
PSU : Corsair TX750
CPU : FX 6300
CPU Cooler : Cooler Master Hyper 412 Slim
GPU : Geforce GTX 750 Ti OC 2GB Asus Edition
RAM : 4GB DDR3 1333Mhz

Can't do that. The gfx card, while a nice card for its size and price, is your weakest link. What resolution are you gaming at?

You could try cleaning up wasted resources, junk files, and registry errors... all of which waste clock cycles... by running CCleaner: https://www.piriform.com/CCLEANER
You could see if there is too many things running in the background when Win7 starts. Check your tray for stuff you can do w/o. Some of those too, consume resources and clock cycles.

Of all the upgrades you can do for gaming on a PC, the system RAM is the one that will show the least returns. Like I said, the GTX 750 is what is holding you back from your expectations. The FX-6300 can keep up with much faster cards.

What will you suggest for my GC ?
BTW , I love NVidia because 80% PC Games is Optimize for NVidia. That's why many game has NVidia LOGO Instead of AMD .. so please don't suggest me an AMD Card ^_^ Why I don't like AMD ?
I've played The Amazing Spider-Man 1, 2 .. and the performance are 80% better on Geforce GT220 than my AMD R7 240 :3 .. GT220 Windows Score is 5.5 While AMD R7 240 is 7.1 .. But the gameplay is better on my old NVidia Card .

What is the highest NVidia card can I get using this FX6300 ?

I would suggest instead of MSI mobo you try one with inbuilt high quality sound. Something like hi-fi Z97WE mobo from Biostar.

Until a Game you are trying to play needs more than 4GB of RAM which pretty soon will be all of them. He said he didn't want to upgrade his 750ti, and honestly he really shouldnt need to, his framerate should be pretty decent and if it's not just lower the Anti-Aliasing or Anistropic Filtering down a little bit.
