Hi everybody,

I have a ASUS VE278 27" monitor. It runs native at 1920x1080. Sometimes I want to play games at a lower resolution, either to make the game run smoother(Max Payne 3, Arma III, etc.) , or if it's an older game, so that everything isn't super tiny (KOTOR, Rome: Total War, etc.). A lot of times, though, when I run on a lower, non-native resolution, I end up with black borders at the edges of the screen, so it's like I've got a smaller monitor. Is there anyway I can use a lower resolution and still use the entire screen? I know if I change the resolution on my Windows 7 desktop, I can change the overscan value, but I don't want to have to change the desktop resolution everytime I play a game. My GPU is a Radeon HD 6800-somthing (I can't remember). Thanks!
