Two PCI-E video cards (Non-SLI), four monitors on Windows 8.1

I have a GTX 650 as my main card driving 2 monitors, and I'm very happy with it. It is ample for my limited gaming requirements.
I need another slower PCI-E video card to drive another 2 monitors (a total of 4) that will be used for word processing, etc.
I don't need any particular speed for this card - fanless and low power would be preferable. I'm thinking of something like a GeForce 210 or similar. Obviously, I do not want to be using SLI for this.

My questions - will I run into any particular driver issues, given that these cards are of a different "generation." I'd rather not spend money on a higher-end card that will never be used for anything more demanding than MSWord or Excel.
If these types of problems are liable to occur, what class of card should I be looking at?

Thanks for the help!
