Mounting a Fan and Radiator with 80mm of clearance. Can it be done?

The fan I have picked out is 20mm and the radiator is 35mm. The existing fan mount is about 15mm (it's rather bulky but this is to accommodate a removable fan filter). so that takes me to about 70mm give or take

So would I be able to directly attach the radiator to the fan? This should give me just enough room to install everything but I'm concerned I would need additional hardware to mount the radiator which would potentially make mounting this setup impossible.

Sorry to double post but I'm updating here.

So I went ahead and ordered the parts (because if worse comes to worst, I can put them elsewhere in my case) but my additional question is as followed:

I found an even slimmer Radiator (specs claim it's 29.5mm) but none of the models are the size I need (biggest single-fan size of this radiator is 140mm and my fan/fan mount is 180mm). So how hard would it be to mount a smaller radiator to a larger fan WITHOUT adding any more than 5mm?

Are there existing products that do exactly this or would I have to make my own?
