Hay all, (yes I could've asked this on another forum but see what happens here. (just wondering well those who reside in Australia, but you can add your opinion)

So in regards to the metadata privacy laws, (on who can obtain your little brick road.) my question is: when is it imposed or enforced in Australia, from my understanding it's being addressed, and so forth with other countries establishing their laws on irregularly related topics that stem from "internet security" in previous years, but with everything going up like smoke especially with what you do due greedy prehistoric relics living in the past or geo blocking for most countries.

So my questions simple when is it imposed? 2015? it's already commenced in some other form of discrepancy based on your countries politics:

New Zealand
America
Uk? maybe not sure, given I don't keep up to date on politics.
Canada? no idea.
Australia? no idea.

You can add to the topic, I'm just asking simple question.

Gents we are in the process of morphing this area to Hobbies.

Please check out the sticky at the top of the forum area regarding GRAPES.

I am not aware of the privacy law changed that re planned here, but the proposed repeal of the Antidiscrimination laws (18C) were set aside - the Senate would not have passed them due to the balance of power in the upper house.

There are planned changes to the Terrorism laws here, but as yet that detail is not public.

I hope this helps.
