Hey guys,
Is my rig good enough for gaming such as AC4 or Watch Dogs between mid to high settings? And do I need to upgrade anything? And do you guys trust this site- http://www.systemrequirementslab.com/cyri
My rig -
Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4770 CPU @ 3.40GHz
Manufacturer Intel
Speed 3.4 GHz
Number of Cores 8
Video Card NVIDIA GeForce GT 625
Manufacturer NVIDIA
Chipset GeForce GT 625
Dedicated Memory 1.0 GB
Total Memory 3.9 GB
Memory 8.1 GB
Operating System Microsoft Windows 8 (build 9200), 64-bit
Service Pack 0
Size 64 Bit
Edition Basic
Display Maximum Resolution 1600 x 900
DVD hp DVD A DH16AESH
CD hp DVD A DH16AESH
Drive 1
Size 914.9 GB
Free 819.2 GB
Drive 2
Size 15.1 GB
Free 1.9 GB

Don't trust that site,http://www.game-debate.com is better.
Yes,your rig is great.Except the GPU.
With the GT 625, you can't run Watch Dogs even on minimum settings.
Change your GPU to a Sapphire R9 280X or a GTX 770.
Also, you don't need an i7. An i5 4690 is a better option for gaming only.
All the best. ;)

*taking systemrequirementslab out of my bookmarks to the bin* and keeping game debate instead, that's solved....
And I already have the i7, so I cant change it now and I know the GPU is useless nowadays.....
And for the GPU I was thinking GTX 670 but you said GTX 770, so now I'm confused and I'd rather stick to Nvidia for now.......

AMD equivalent of the 770 is the R9 280X.
The 780 Ti is an excellent option.but the GTX 770 is just enough.
If you really want a card faster than the 770,then get a GTX 780 or an R9 290 (AMD equivalent of the 780)
But,like I said.the GTX 770 is just enough.You saw that it can run every game at ultra,including Watch Dogs @ 60 FPS with (minimal)ocasional lag. (For ultra settings,Watch Dogs requires an i7 4770 and a GTX 780 or a R9 290. WOWOWOWOW!)
Enjoy ;)

To clarifiy - I own a GTX 770, and it will run all games at high/ultra settings, but not ultra/ultra settings...

You will not be running Crysis 3 completely maxxed out with a single GTX 770 and over 60FPS.

The 670 is old and not very well-priced today. You'd get the same performance and a better price from a GTX 760.

And if you're going to stay at 1600x900, the 770 is probably overkill. I'd argue the GTX 760 is also somewhat overkill, but its more reasonable. Though you want to stick with Nvidia for some reason, you could get better price/performance from a Radeon R9 280 (equivalent to the GTX 760) or R9 280X (equivalent to the GTX 770).

And yes, you will need a new PSU to add a higher end graphics card. Seasonic or XFX 650W will run any single GPU available. Make sure your motherboard has a x16 PCIe slot and make sure your case will fit the PSU and GPU before purchasing.

I don't want to run games on ultra/ultra but high/ultra is good enough,
Can GTX 760 support SLI?
And you guys said the 770 is ''overkill'' for 1600x900 so the 760 instead?
And my PSU is 300W.
And my motherboard is a The Memphis-S.

Wow.
You need a new PSU,a new GPU and a new motherboard.
For the motherboard:AsRock Z87 Extreme3 or MSI Z87 G45 Gaming
For the PSU: EVGA Supernova G2 1000W
Now,for the GPU,you have to decide. Both the 770 and the 760 support SLI.
I would go for the 760 SLI version.

The cards are backwards compatible with the PCIe slot. It's the speed of the slot that matters. The GTX 760 has a PCIe 3.0 interface and, from what I've seen, the Memphis-S has a PCIe 3.0 slot,so you will be good to go. ;)
But you can't go SLI,since the motherboard has only one slot for your GPU.
And the GTX 770 is more worth is if you only have one monitor.SLI is used when having 2 or more monitors. ;)
