I have no problem spending my full budget but have already been through the build twice to tweak and cut price that maybe did not add value.

I appreciate any help with this. I will be playing newer games and currently things such as Elder Scrolls Online, Planetside 2, Metro: Last Light, Crysis 3, Total War: Rome II.

I was taking more info from the 2k build threads. My build is similar but I have to buy a monitor and windows 8. I wanted to avoid the 3gb memory cap of SLI GTX 780s while keeping the price down and the fps up.

Depends if you're ultimately going for a 4K setup or not. If you are a Titan Black is definitely a wise purchase, but dual 780TIs will handle the job just as easily as a single Titan Black will.

That's not really going to do much - games at the most currently use 2 cores - the rest rely on the GPU. It will be a long time (we're talking years) before games will take advantage of hex and octo core CPUs. I'm getting a 5820K but that's not for a long time out.
