direct x 11 need help

I have updated direct x 11 and and i can not run unity browser games.
Will i be able to run battlefield 4 and other latest games or old with this version of direct x. (direct x 11)
and if not, please direct me to a side where i can get a better version.
i am running a unregistered version of windows 7 professional 64 bit.
i tried to run one of my old games (rome total war) as a test and it said use direct x 9.
WILL DIRECT X 9 BE COMPATIBLE WITH BF4 AND LATER GAMES?

If u install dirct x 11 u can play direct x 9 game with it if u are trying to install direct x 9 u cant do that windows will say it already latest no need to install 9 i think u got probem with flash player

it is a new pc coud it have something to do with the fact that i am using a unregistered version of windows

not problem of the windows install falsh player for browser i think you also need unity web player

I Tryed to play one of my old games and it said direct x 9 not registered and i can not play browser games. eg, unity games.
i had trouble installing direct x i had to use the command panel to remove something in order to install it.

which is your gpu? and i think you have problem with browser games am i correct?

my gpu is a Intel i5 4440.
