Nothing works after new hard drive

Took my HP laptop to get a new hard drive. now nothing works. videos on youtube play but no sound. when i open things like microsoft word document or windows media player it doesn't work.

Where did you take it? sounds like they put windows on but no drivers and you will need to get drivers for it.

A computer shop called tech advanced. Is there a way for me to do it? spent to much money on this computer, getting ready to throw it out the window.

If you have another PC, find the laptop model, go to their website, download the drives, put them on a USB stick or something and install them.

If you laptop at least gets internet access, you can go to the website, download the drives, and install them.
