Im on low budget and i think i have enough money to buy a xbox 360 but i heard that new games like assassins creed unity and the crew are not going to be released for xbox 360.will game developers stop making games for xbox 360 because of the release of the next gen consoles(ps4 and xbox one)?if so then i will be wasting my money.im really looking forward to play the upcoming games.please help me make a good decision before buying.thank you.

Well I wouldn't buy any new games but if I am not mistaken that the last PS2 was released last year. You might need to do a bit of research on that.

But a PC will always play next gen games and developers will not stop to feed the hungry gamers. :)

in short:

no, the release of a new console platform is not going to kill game releases for the previous gen overnight. we will very likely see releases for the ps3/xb360 for at least another year or two at least.

now, there will be many games which are released only for the newer consoles which are not dumbed down for the older consoles but there is not much you can do about that.

while this may sound like getting an xbo is a better option also consider that no existing games for the xb360 are supported. this means that you will have a very limited game library which will include expensive new releases. going with the older xb360 means that while you might not get all of the newest releases and only see some of them you have a huge collection of games available which the xbo does not.

the trouble with pc is that many of the popular games such as cod do not have large pc followings and are best on consoles. also it is rare for any console games to get good pc ports. there are however many games which can only be played on pc.

generally.... there is no one solution which can play anything and no matter what choice you pick you're going to have negatives.
