whats happening to my gpu

i have a r9 280x toxic but it is flashing bad pixel glitches and when im in game will have flashing glitches and flashing lines from people and moving things what happening is it going out.

sounds like its artifacting. id rma it if possible, i dont think the problem is fixable. im guessing you havent overclocked it? if you have put the stock clocks back
