What is the best GPU for 1080p on 60fps on a 144Hz Monitor

I was thinking the 780ti but also im been looking at the r9 290 and the 290x what do you think

The 290x and 780ti are great cards and Will both get past 60fps on ultra in most games. The 780ti will get about 10 fps more on average in games than the 290x but it is also more expensive. It's up to you whether it's worth it or not.

Damage? No, please don't. PNY and ZOTAC have the least expensive 780ti's for as low as $610-$660 new and both are OC models that are very fast and have some of the best cooling solutions.

A used card should be way cheaper, 600 for a used 780ti is not a good deal.

All my old GPUs that I sold were in perfect condition and I always sold them for very cheap prices, buy new whoever is trying to sell it to you is trying to get most of their money back at yout expence.
