My build is the following:

MOBO: ASUS Sabertooth 990FX R2.0, Socket-AM3+
GPU: GeForce GTX 780Ti 3GB PhysX CUDA from Gainward
RAM: 2x Corsair Vengeance DDR3 1600MHz 4GB CL9
CPU: AMD FX-8350 Black Edition OC to 4.5
Cooling: H100i
PSU: CX750M
Storage: 2TB black - 250gb SSD from samsung
Monitor: BenQ 21,5" LED GL2250HM

What happens is simply the screen stops at a frame then 1 sec after updates anew, so all frames stops partially, not sure if this is called fps drops, All help would be appreciated =) if upgrades are neccesary i am willing to save up for this :)

Also would this build be able to stream ? since it skips alot when i stream my friends say =)

Your specs look pretty solid, i'm not convinced it's a hardware issue. Let's start by confirming you are running up to date GPU drivers.

The stream choppiness is likely due to your internet connection and not your hardware. If you can record in Fraps etc without framerate issues, it's more than likely your internet.
