Hi. I am Vimal.

My Pc workstation config is :-
Sabertooth 990FX R.2 MotherBoard
8150 Bulldozer Black Edition Processor
160 GB Sea Gate Hard Drive - OS Files
1TB Western Digital Hard Drive - Secondary storage
FirePro V5900 Graphic Card
4 x 4 Ram 16Gb DDR 3
650 watts Smps
Cooler Master II Ad cabinet

I would like to add one more hard drive upto 6TB or 4TB internal desktop hard drive.
Is there any compatibility issues with this?
Which brand should I choose?
How much the RPM should be?

Suggest me the best one...

Thank you
regards
Vimal

Thank you so much LukaBoki.

I have 3 questions or doubts.
(1) Is there any particular technical reason for that you suggested Seagate Barracuda 4/6 TB,7200 RPM?
(2) If I go for western digital, Is there any compatibility issues?
(3) How to check the rpm of an hard drive while do direct purchase in shops?

regards
Vimal

1. Yes. Seagate is much better than WD and cheaper.
2. Why would there be compatibility issues? You already have a Western Digital.
3. If you're buying in shops, you can either ask the seller or decide what HDD you're gonna buy and check the speed online. ;)
