Lowest GPU that can handle GTA 5 PC on ultra

I was thinking if I could play it with a build with a pentium g3220 and a 260X. Will it be enough?

GTA 5 isn't out on pc yet.

And that likely won't let you do ultra, as i'm sure GTA 5 will be optimized just as poorly as the previous GTA on PC games.
