Hi guys,
Below is the build for the system I am planning to assemble. My only question is whether the 750W PSU is ideal for this build, I don't plan on upgrade/add anything for the next few years.
Any advice on the build is highly welcome.

thanks in advance

INTEL I-7 4790
ATI R9 270 2GB 5 B,OC HIS
8GB DDR3 CORSAIR VENGENC
Gigabyte GA-Z97M-D3H
Seasonic M12II-750 Bronze(Modular)
Seagate 1TB SSHD SATA (ST1000DX001)
cooler Master N300 KKN1(Mid Tower)

That psu is more than enough. You could get away with a seasonic m12II 520 watt model.

@Rybo I just want a silent PSU with which produces as little heat as possible. are you sure that 520W wont pose any problems, cause I wont mind a 520 as its a lot cheaper than 750( like 30$ cheaper for me).

For your build 520 is enough (Seasonic S12II 520). But you need to buy a haswell compatible PSU.

I see in Seasonic site the lowest that Seasonic claims is haswell compatible is M12II650 bronze.

Alternatively you can buy a XFX 550 W. Great PSU and compatible.

Thanks , I never knew about the compatibility. if I use higher watt psu will it have any effect on my system in terms of heat or noise ??
I am unable to get xfx in india and import costs will be huge but I can get a seasonic M12II 650 for around 115$ or a corsair CX600 for 77$

I am from India too :)  I If you can afford the Seasonic, get it. I myself use a couple of them and they are great.

Usually they are very quite PSU's.

Are you just going to use this for gaming? The 4690 or 4590 should do fine in that case and would save money.
You also can get away with a H97/H87/B85 motherboard for the last two with the right bios.
Saved money could go to a better gpu for instance.

Totally agree, less cpu and more gpu if you're gaming.

Thanks guys for the help. I changed my configuration as per @Vic's suggestion to this and thanks bluemoon I will be keeping the seasonic 750(in india there isn't much difference in price between the 650 & 750). I will be creating a new topic for a decent looking but small computer case.

INTEL I-5 (4590)
ATI R9 270 2GB 5 B,OC HIS
8GB DDR3 CORSAIR VENGENC
GIGABYTE H97-D3H
Seasonic M12II-750 Bronze(Modular)
Seagate 1TB SSHD SATA (ST1000DX001)
cooler Master N300 KKN1(Mid Tower)

it just brought my expenses down by a hundred dollars or so. I will search around for a better graphic card with reasonable price.

You could bump up to an R9 280 or a gtx 760.
