boot problem from cd

i am using windows 7 and when i try to format my laptop by installing new windows 7....it doesnt shows boot from cd option although cd is working properly.....and when i try to change the boot priority it says system is locked and unlock admin password...but i dont know the password...please help what to do..???the bios is of american megatrends if this helps any..

Someone has set a password to prevent others from messing with BIOS settings.
We cannot help with passwords under any circumstances, forum rules forbid it.

now i changed the bios password.....though cd is noot booted...and in the boot options its priority is 1st...there is no option in boot menu
