Motherboard problem plz help

I want high end ultra gaming... Will this Gigabyte GA-H61M-S2P Motherboard will be compatible with my new specs ??

1 Processor : Intel Core i5 4670
2 RAM : G.Skill RipjawsX DDR3 8 GB (2 x 4 GB) PC RAM (F3-12800CL9D-8GBXL)
3 PSU : Seasonic S12II 620W 620 W
4 Hard Drive : WD Blue WD10EZEX 1 TB
5 Video Card: Sapphire AMD/ATI Radeon R9 270X with Boost OC 2 GB 2 GB DDR5
6 Monitor : Dell S2240L 21.5 inch LED Backlit LCD Monitor

The reason is my budget has reached.. I can't spend more on a mobo, or if you people can adjust my specs accordingly and adjust a mobo also in the budget.

Hello... The MB is 1155 socket and your CPU is a 1150 socket... No you would need a 80 or 90 series MB chipset with i5-4670
You could find a i5-3570 to use that MB for example.

No, the motherboard has a different chipset than the i5 4670 because it uses an intel h61. A Motherboard for your build would be MSI H81M-P33. Its not the best but it is around the same price. A better choice would be the ASRock H97M Pro. It is an overall better board and looks great.

What is a " ultra high end game" ?

That was a typo sorry.. games on Ultra/High settings such as FIFA15, Battlefield Hardline, Assasin Creed Unity and latest incoming games... so with my existing mobo i5 3570 will be compatible??

You could put a Fast I5 or I7 3000 series CPU into your MB So keep your MB to save $$$.
Your other parts will work in that MoBo too!!!
