Power Consumption r9 290

I am wanting to buy a R9 290 (Not x) but I need to know how much big of a power supply will i need? I am thinking about getting 750w, but on the page it says it takes 750w for the graphics card. so idk, my processor is the FX 8350, so take that into account. How many watts will i need? That's way more than you need for a 300W card and a 125W CPU... even OC'd. You can get by with a high quality 650W PSU and still have plenty of headroom if you had to.
