Best budget graphics card for the cooler master elite 110

The title says it all; I'm looking at a budget graphics card that will give me good performance for the price, and a size that will fit in the elite 110. I am looking at the evga gtx 750 ti sc, and the gigabyte gtx 750 ti black edition. Both are great cards by the looks of it, but what is better? Also, I live in australia, so I have limited choices.

The maximum card this case can support up to is 280mm or about 11 inches in length. According to Nvidia their reference design GTX 750Ti has a length of 145mm which is about 5.7 inches. That is about as budget card as you can get. Anything lower, then it's too weak for games. For the two choices, pick which ever one you like.
