Any version of the 212 is a good choice, if there is any possibility you may do some light overclocking down the road, or if you have the turbo boost feature enabled. I've seen the turbo boost automatic overclock feature cause some pretty fair temp increases so although as mentioned above it might be a little overkill for a stock clock it certainly won't hurt. A better option if you absolutely know you won't ever be overclocking but want something better and quieter than the stock cooler for about thirty bucks that doesn't require a large amount of real estate is this Scythe cooler:
