should i upgrade my mother board?

my mother board is a few years old now its P8P67 PRO, think if its worth upgrading? to somthing better, I use my pc for gaming etc.

No need to upgrade your motherboard if you're using your same CPU. Changing the Mobo will have little to no effect.

Upgrading would be advisable if you're upgrading the entire platform, i.e. MOBO + CPU

Save the cash for a new system in the future

well i have upgraded some parts, like a new case, hard drives etc, looking for something else to add to it, my case is corsaire 300r budget left is £300, I was looking to add some side fans to the case but not sure what fans to get.
