rendom beeps after installing graphics card in asus m5a78l-m lx v2 mobo!!!!! help!

I am getting random beeps after installing new graphics card in my mobo!!
and system restarts while heavy gaming with an error "power surge happen in the last startup"!!
that problem stops after removing my graphics card!
do I need to change my psu, if so then suggest me a good psu that can handle my system.thanx!!


My system:-
umax 450w psu
asus m5a78l-m lx v2 mobo
zotac nvidia gtx 650ti synergy edition 2 gb gddr5 gc
amd fx 8320 3.5 ghz
4 gb ddr3 ram
1 320gb sata hdd and 1 sata dvd rw drive

my mobo beeps only if I use graphics card otherwise it works fine then what should I do to use that graphics card on my mobo.
and also the graphics card is working fine on other system which has a dualcore processor.
I have also tried old 8400gs graphics card its working fine.
I think my psu has not enough power to hold the graphics card.
on asus psu calculator it says I need 600w psu and all other calculator says I don't need more then 450w psu, whom do I trust?

450 watt should be fine I think, unless your PSU is quite old. I don't know about the brand of PSU though, maybe someone else can say something about that.
