Samsung monitor vertical lines

i have samusng monitor (exactly syncmaster SA300 ) and there are 2 vertical lines appear in monitor yesterday . before this i pressed monitor hard in one spot to remove dirt.the two lines start in that point and also a some kind of patch. is this repairable ? please help me

Try a different cable.

Try a different monitor. If that's OK, then your monitor is faulty.

What you have done there by pressing the screen with a finger is one or two things.
Damaged the actual Lcd matrix, pixel display.
If the patch is black, or has a bright white center you have broke the Lcd screen, or cracked it with a hair line crack.

Or when you applied force it has caused the signal ribbon inside the monitor to move out of alignment.
That involves opening the monitor case to check for loose connections.

But by the look of it you have cracked the Lcd matrix.
So a new monitor. Or buy a replacement lcd screen for it via ebay.

yes it is a black spot with two vertical lines i dont care the black spot. but i want to know is it possible to remove those two lines ?
