Posted this in the laptop forum and got some good feedback from Darkbreeze, he recommended I post here as well. I was wondering if the GeForce GTX 880M can run three monitors.
The computer I ordered is the Alienware ALW17-8751sLV
The monitors I bought are the AOC 2757 IPS 27" LED
So far, I've bought two, but I really want to run three. Will this be possible? I went to Best Buy, and the team there told me that I should do one HDMI to HDMI, one Mini Displayport to HDMI, and one USB 3 to HDMI. Is that the best option?
Worst come to worst, I could send the Alienware back and get an 18 inch laptop with dual video cards, but I was really keen on the ALW17. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
Oh yeah, the only game I'm playing on this machine is World of Warcraft.
