So, im planning to build my gaming computer and this is the parts that I plan to buy:

Monitor: I want to buy an ASUS monitor but i dont know which one is the best.
CPU: Intel Core i7-4770K
Motherboard: MSI Z87-GD65
Graphics card: Sapphire Radeon R9 280X 3GB GDDR5
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 16GB DDR3 1600 MHz
HDD: Seagate Barracuda ST1000DM003 1TB
DVD drive: Samsung SE-208AB
Power supply: Samsung SE-208AB
Sound card: Asus Xonar Essence STX

PLS tell me your opinions, and if there's something I need to change. Also, i need help to pick a monitor, i don't care about the price. Please tell me if there's something I need to add. Thank you in advance!

first off all your build is overkill for gaming pc i5 4670k or i5 4690k would be fine for gaming pc you will not notice any extra advantage using i7 just for gaming.Plus the 16 gigs ram is too much 6 gb is recommended so 8 gb is what u need.
u have not mentioned about the psu so i would suggest u a EVGA G2 750 watt psu its more that wht u need but it comes with 10 years of warranty so u dont have to worry about another psu in the next 10 years and u will have plenty of space for upgrade in future. So i will say its a good investment and PSU is one of the most important of your pc .LINK : http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817438017&cm_re=evga_g2_750-_-17-438-017-_-Product

PLUS if u oc the cpu you will need an aftermarket cooler .......

You didn`t mention your budget and expectations on the monitor, so here`s a build with a very good 1080p 60Hz monitor:
