Any company will do better than Nvidias stock cooler design.
Personally I'd go with what cooler matches your case design, since they'll mostly all act the same.
If you want the best disregarding color and design, EVGA makes a rather nice 750 Ti.

Thank you Jay, coincidentally, I was actually about to purchase this EVGA:

EVGA 02G-P4-3753-KR G-SYNC Support GeForce GTX 750 Ti Superclocked 2GB 128-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 Video Card

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

I have got a 350W PSU and I am not going to use the 6-pin connector, hence my choice.

Other opinions before I hit the purchase button are welcome.

Any of those manufacturers are fine. Look at the clock speeds, price, amount of VRAM, and warranty period when making your decision.
Also, I'd be leery of using a 350w PSU without a 6 pin connector on a 750Ti. Might be worthwhile to get a decent PSU while you are at it.

Go for EVGA, they do the best nVidia graphics cards :)  tho i prefer asus haha.
But you cant go wrong with no one of them :)
