Hey folks. I need 2 desktops. Slight variations for the builds. I attempted to piece something together but I'm hesitant to pull the trigger.

I'm out of the PC building loop. The PC I built 10 years ago is still working with a few minor upgrades. Amazingly, the same power supply is going.

Anyways, I'm looking for an identical build for me and my wife, maybe a differing case. Our budget is no more than $950 (after rebates) for her and no more than $750 (after rebates) for me.

I initially configured a build like this - two of them - I wouldn't need a monitor though, or the SSD. I'm just not sure I picked the best options based on the budget. I'd love your input.

Looking to buy: Within the next 2 weeks
System Usage for me: Gaming (Dota2, WoW, GW2, CS:GO), web, productivity, music/streaming
System Usage for her: Web, productivity, gaming (WoW)
Buying a monitor: Yes, for her only.

Parts to upgrade for me: all EXCEPT I have an existing Samsung 256gb SSD that I will be reusing.
Parts to upgrade for her: ALL, no reused parts.

Need OS? No, I think I'm ok there.
Preferred Vendors: I'm ok with what PCPartPicker offers.

OC: Maybe?
SLI/XFire: No
Res: 1920x1080 at least.

Why are we upgrading? I have an Asus G53JW that doesn't quite give me the gaming experience that I want these days. I can't play on High settings anymore and I'm having some hardware related gfx issues. My wife's Dell was purchased before she went into grad school and is finished now. It's not holding up so well anymore. I'd like a reliable desktop replacement.
