How to disable onboard GPU on Asrock Z77 Extreme 4?

I just swapped motherboards on my system after my Gigabyte Z77X-UD3H kicked the bucket last week. However I'm getting some high temperatures (41'C idle and 53'C on full loads) and I'm thinking the iGPU is to blame. But after searching through every BIOS option I can't seem to find one that will disable the onboard graphics when I have two Radeon HD 7870s in Crossfire. Does anyone have this board (I'm sure there's lots of people here that do) and is there a trick to getting the onboard GPU disabled?

If you have 7870's in sli working, iGPU its already disabled.
Ill get an Asrock Z77 extreme 4, so i cant still tell you much, but iGPU its only enabled if you dont have gpus putted in your pci-e. As you have two 7870 dGPU is enabled and iGPU (onboard) disabled.

Or this haha. I though iGpu would be fulle disabled if you had dGpus installed.

Nope, I actually have my iGPU running another monitor to my GTX 680.

I think some boards do, some don't. Still, disabled or not I don't think it would be contributing much heat if it isn't actually being used.

Further, 53°C sounds like a rather good load temperature to me.

Still if i use only 1 monitor with my gtx770, the igpu will be disabled right?

Only if you disable it in the bios.
