you will be fine with a good 550 80+ gold power supply, even a 500 would do buts its pushing the boat out a bit, I would say go for the 750W 80+ Gold if you have the money to spend on it, this way it means that you have the ability to upgrade without worry of power, if you don't have the money 550W will do you just fine :)

Use this list as a reference and go from there: https://community.newegg.com/eggxpert/computer_hardware/f/135081/t/45344.aspx

For your build I would recommend a 620-650W power supply to make head room for future graphics card upgrades/other builds (GTX 780 ti and R9 290X recommends a power supply on 600 watts)... Unless you are looking to crossfire in the future then you would want to look for a PSU with at least 750W and above.

I'd recommend searching for some reviews of PSUs on the list I linked to and make up your mind on which requirements you have to the PSU personally, like noise, full/semi/non-modular, etc.

I personally made a bit of a mistake myself and went on buying the XFX XXX PSU and thogh it's great the noise from the fan in that PSU is louder than I expected. It's more noisy than my old crappy 550W PSU I had from Linkworld and that was a bit dissapointing but at least I know that the components (except the fan) is top notch.

Personally I think a Seasonic 620W would be a good choice.

Do you think I should choose the Cooler Master V650s or the Seasonic X Series 650w?

It is not the best but Yes, I think that is a fairly good PSU for a fair price. Here's a good review with all the ups and downs in the conclusion section. http://www.hardocp.com/article/2014/07/24/cooler_master_v650s_650w_power_supply_review/9#.U_3Sj8V_tQE
