Summary:
Newer generation mobo - better for future upgrade-ability.
Better GTX 770 4GB version.
CPU cooler to allow you for OC in wanted.
Not overkill PSU that will suffice for your build (why do you want only CM and not other brand? )
Left the case, since I assume it was your choice and you like it.

Edit: Do you already have storage (SSD, HDD), OS and optical drive?

Thanks for the reply

I forgot to mention I was hoping to get a motherboard with spdif built on. I was staying with CM for the PSU to kind of match the case. I also have storage, OS and optical drive at the moment. However I will upgrade those further down the track.
