Summary:
Newer generation mobo - better for future upgrade-ability.

Edit: Do you already have storage (SSD, HDD), OS and optical drive?

Thanks for the reply

I forgot to mention I was hoping to get a motherboard with spdif built on. I was staying with CM for the PSU to kind of match the case. I also have storage, OS and optical drive at the moment. However I will upgrade those further down the track.
