Good afternoon all,

I'm assisting a small restaurant chain with their IT needs and have come across an issue that I'd like to see made "dummy proof" if you will.

The owner has 2 internet connections. One is Charter, one is ATT. He uses Charter as his primary and ATT is his backup should charter go down. He has it setup like this because he cannot afford his POS and credit card terminals to be down. What the owner would like is a simple way for management to switch from 1 to the other should 1 be experiencing problems. Be it by just swapping a cable or flipping a switch. Is there a particular direction any of you would take to make this simple for a restaurant manager with zero IT experience to accomplish?

Thank you for your time,

Jason
